5 November 2022: Woodlands Autumnal Family FUn Day and Nursery Open Day

Who: The whole community is welcome to visit Woodlands for a day of autumnal family fun!


Fun activities for the whole family!

Throughout the day, fun autumnal activities will be on offer for the whole family to enjoy. Just pop in at any point to join in the fun!

Your child will love our fun craft activities and themed autumnal games. You'll be able to visit our forest school to experience exciting activities in the wooded area. At our fire pit, your child will be able to join in with marshmallow toasting.


Refreshments including hot chocolate will be available throughout the day.


Nursery Open Day

We will also be offering tours of the nursery hosted by our management team - giving you the opportunity to look around and view the nursery.


We will be providing regular tours throughout the day to our on-site forest school, so that the whole family can join in the forest school experience with our qualified forest school practitioners.

Our team will be on hand to answer any questions you have about the nursery.



Mon 31 Oct - Sat 5 Nov: Open Week!

Throughout the week, you're invited to visit the nursery for a guided tour. We run an open house policy, do you don't need an appointment - a member of the team would be happy to show you around at any time!

Woodlands Nursery & Forest School cares for children from 6 weeks old until school age. We are an Ofsted Good rated nursery and focus on learning through play in nature. We are open all year around, Monday to Friday 7.30am - 6pm.
